2. What Prova Is

Prova is a financial modeling and analysis platform operated by IndraNet Technologies LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). It provides computational tools, AI-generated insights, and document processing features to help you build and analyze financial models.

3. Not Financial Advice

Prova is a tool, not a financial advisor. All outputs — including AI-generated insights, investment memos, and model results — are for informational and analytical purposes only.

  • Nothing on Prova constitutes investment advice, financial guidance, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
  • AI-generated content (insights, memos) is produced by machine learning models and may contain errors, hallucinations, or inaccuracies. Always verify figures independently.
  • You are solely responsible for any financial decisions made using outputs from Prova.

4. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission.

5. Your Data

  • You retain full ownership of all data you input into Prova, including model inputs, uploaded documents, and saved results.
  • We do not claim any rights over your financial data or model outputs.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Prova for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.
  • Abuse AI features by submitting excessive requests, automated scraping, or attempting to extract AI model weights.
  • Interfere with the platform's operation or other users' access.

7. AI Disclaimer

AI-powered features (Provanalyst insights, investment memos, smart document parsing) use third-party language models. These features are provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy. AI outputs should be treated as analytical suggestions, not authoritative conclusions. Always apply professional judgment and verify critical figures before making decisions based on AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Prova is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial losses, damages, or decisions made based on outputs from the platform. Use of Prova for investment decisions is at your own risk.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Prova after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
